Walderslade is part of a group of local surgeries committed to offering the highest standards and range of services to our patients. We call this World Class Primary Care.

What does this involve?

An extra doctor at the practice allowing us to expand and welcome new patients.
Increasing the range of services available at the practice e.g. Welfare Rights, Psychological Therapies, Care Navigation, Substance Misuse Services, Alcohol Support and counselling and monitoring of warfarin and other specialised drugs at the surgery.
Developing "World Class" quality assessments across a broad range of areas and in particular around the important chronic diseases such as heart and lung disease and diabetes, in order to make a difference to how long you live and the quality of your health.
To engage patients more in how we deliver our services - to put you the patient at the centre of our planning and development.
To promote and make easily available the sort of information you need to help keep yourself healthy.
To help you make the best choices for yourself when using any of the health services available.
